We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us and submit photo evidence for review. There will be a 14 day review period. Once approved, we will contact you and assist you with the replacement or refund. If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If your package does not arrive or goes missing, please have your tracking number and submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
